Excellent care with incredible results. My first procedure was medical in nature (vein discomfort) and I was thrilled with the results and patient care. Dr. O'Donnell and her staff deserve the FIVE stars!!! From my evaluation appointment for vein ablation, till the last monthly follow up visit, all the staff members that I came in touch with were very compassionate and friendly. During the procedures, Dr. O'Donnell and her assistant made sure that they kept both my wife and I informed of what was being performed. Dr. O'Donnell and her staff are tremendous and remarkable. They are patient, courteous, kind, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help. My problem could not have been resolved without the help of her and her staff. Dr. O'Donnell's knowledge and techniques are excellent. I battled a venous skin ulcer and severe skin discoloration on my ankle and foot for years. She solved my problems in just a few visits and very minimal pain and discomfort. Friendly and know their stuff
From the first visit to the last the staff was very friendly and helpful. Add to this their professionalism and knowledge, I can not think of a better combination. When I went for my first visit, I thought how nice everyone was and I mean truly everyone. It may have been a fluke if I had had only one visit, but on each successive visit, it was the same thing. I researched and found this Vein clinic to go for a second opinion regarding my blood clot in my right leg. I contacted them late one night online and they responded promptly the very next business day. All of the staff - from the front desk receptionist, Kim, to the ultrasound technician, Angie, to Dr. O'Donnell herself - were professional and friendly and put me right at ease. I went to Dr. O’Donnell because of all the tiny red veins on my face and neck that had blended together.
